Terms & Conditions for the Social Snowball Referral Program

Effective Date: 01 March 2025

Welcome to the Totter + Tumble Social Snowball Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.

1.2. Employees, affiliates, and partners of Totter + Tumble, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Totter + Tumble reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

How the Program Work

2.1. Participants will receive a unique referral link upon signing up for the Program.

2.2. To qualify for a referral reward, the referred customer must:

Be a new customer to Totter + Tumble.

Complete a purchase through the referral link.

Meet any specified minimum purchase amount of $110, excluding shipping costs.

Other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction.

2.3. Referral rewards will only be issued for completed and verified purchases. Canceled or refunded purchases will not qualify.

You have one year to click on the link in your reward notification email  and select a payout option. After that, the expiry date depends on the reward selected.

Virtual and Physical Visa cards expire six months after issuance

Merchant gift cards are subject to the merchant's Terms and Conditions and these expiry periods vary. Some are valid indefinitely, while others expire after 3-36 months. For specific details visit the merchant's support line.

If the reward link expires after one year without being redeemed, Tremendous retains the funds as part of our free-to-use business model. The percentage of expired unredeemed rewards is typically quite low for an individual business.

Rewards

3.1. Referral rewards will be provided as pre-paid Visa cards or Gift Vouchers via the platform Tremedous.

3.2. Rewards are subject to any applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the participant.

3.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation unless otherwise stated.

3.4. Totter + Tumble reserves the right to modify reward amounts or structures at any time.

3.5 Rewards will be paid 35 days after the transaction date to allow of returned product in this period.

Prohibited Conduct

4.1. Participants may not engage in the following activities:

Spamming referral links on social media platforms, forums, or email.

Using paid advertisements or misleading practices to generate referrals.

Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to fraudulently earn rewards.

4.2. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.

Program Modifications and Termination

5.1. Totter + Tumble reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

5.2. In the event of Program termination, participants will have 30 days to redeem any unclaimed rewards.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. Totter + Tumble is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures related to the Program.

6.2. By participating in the Program, you agree to release Totter + Tumble from any liability arising from your participation or the use of rewards.

Privacy

7.1. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Totter + Tumble Privacy Policy.

7.2. Referral activity and data will be tracked for the purpose of administering the Programme.

General

8.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Totter + Tumble regarding the Program.

8.2. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
