Totter + Tumble x Sharky & George Refer-a-Friend Prize Draw – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Totter + Tumble Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, mainland European Union, and the continental United States, aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Totter + Tumble, Sharky & George, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Mechanism

There are two ways for a participant  to be entered into the prize draw: 

1. Automatically when a participant successfully refers a friend through the Totter + Tumble Refer-a-Friend programme in March 2026, where their friend uses the entrant’s unique referral link. Each successful referral will count as five entries into the prize draw. The Refer-a-Friend programme terms apply and can be found here.

2. Via our social media competitions when a participant comments or direct messages @totterandtumble. Each successful referral will count as one entry into the prize draw. 



4. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 1 March 2026 until 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (GMT). Referrals completed outside this period will not be eligible.



5. The Prize
The prize consists of a Sharky & George party package, with the winner able to choose either:

• Mini Classic Party (for children under 4), or
• Classic Party (for children aged 4 and over).

The prize covers the standard package only. Any upgrades, additional guests, venue costs, or optional extras will be the responsibility of the prize winner.



6. Location & Travel
If the party takes place outside London, the travel costs for Sharky & George staff must be covered by the prize winner.



7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on 1st April 2026, and the winner will be contacted via the contact details associated with their Totter + Tumble account.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.



8. Prize Conditions
The prize:

• is non-transferable,
• cannot be exchanged for cash, and
• must be redeemed on a mutually agreed date subject to availability.
• Must be redeemed before 31st December 2027.

9. Liability
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
